Rent Collect

- Monitor & collection of all rent due
- Chase any late rent by telephone, letter and if necessary personal visit
- Serve any relevant notices for breach of tenancy regarding rent

Full management
- All of the Introduction Only and Rent Collect service plus:
- Set up of utilities
- Regular property inspections
- Full property maintenance coverage including out of hours service 24 hours a day
- Competitive prices and guaranteed work
- (If the landlord has specific contractors they would rather use then we can use those details instead)
- Monthly income & expenditure statements
- Annual statements for tax return upon request
- Follow up legal notices and if necessary to attend court on behalf of the landlord
- Administer all insurance claims
