Rent Collect
Sole agency 8.4% inc vat of the rent collected and an initial set up fee of £250 = £300 inc vat Or Multiple agency 10.8% inc vat of the rent collected and an initial set up fee of £250 = £300 inc vat

Full management
Sole agency 10.8% inc vat of the rent collected (subject to a minimum of £40 pm = £48 inc vat) and an initial set up fee of £250 = £300 inc vat or Multiple agency 14.4% inc vat of the rent collected (subject to a minimum of £40 pm = £48 inc vat) an initial set up fee of £250 = £300 inc vat

There are additional services available at an additional set up fee as follows:
Set Up Fee plus:

  • (6+)=6 month rent protect & legal cover but with no excess £60 inc vat

  • (12+)=12 month rent protect & legal cover but with no excess £125 = £150 inc vat

Rent on time
This is when you will receive your rent on the same day each month regardless if the tenant has paid or not, this service is only available with either the 6+ or 12+ policies and must be under a managed service. This service will only be available whilst the policy is in force and cover will cease if the policy is not renewed, the current renewal fee is £120 inc vat for the 6+ & £180 inc vat for 12+.

Standard management fee + 3% inc vat

I/we would / would not like to benefit from the rent on time scheme and agree to renew the policy indefinitely until requested in writing from me/us giving at least 14 days’ notice and agree for the renewal fee to be deducted from the rental income.

Tenants

  • Application fee for each person £150.00 inc VAT (fee for each adult over 18 years old)
  • Cash handling fee 2% inc VAT (for cash paid to Keystone IEA Ltd)(Rounded up to the nearest pound) Keystone IEA Ltd bank details are available on request if you wish to avoid this fee and make payment direct to our account.
  • Standard Deposit 6 Weeks (equivalent to 6 weeks rent rounded up to the nearest £5)
  • Deposit inc pet deposit 8 Weeks (equivalent to 8 weeks rent)
